BallOne does not collect any personal information. There is no account creation, no name, no email address, and no login required to use the app. We do not request your location, and we do not collect analytics, usage statistics, or device identifiers of any kind. Any information you enter — such as your vertical jump measurements, workout goals, or training plan preferences — is created and used entirely by you, on your own device.
Because BallOne does not collect any information, we do not use, analyze, profile, or sell any data about you. There are no advertising algorithms, no behavioral tracking, and no data-driven personalization pipelines running on our servers, because none of your training data ever reaches a server. Every feature — from the AI Basketball Coach's answers to your drill progress tracking — is processed and stored on-device.
All information you generate inside the app, including saved workout plans, drill history, skill progress notes, and vertical/agility program settings, is stored locally on your device only. BallOne does not operate a cloud database, does not sync your training data to remote servers, and does not maintain backups of your personal information anywhere outside your device.
BallOne does not integrate third-party analytics platforms, advertising networks, or tracking SDKs. We do not share, rent, or sell information to third parties, because we do not collect information to share in the first place.
Since your training data never leaves your device, there is no transmission to intercept and no external database to secure against unauthorized access. Your device's own security settings (passcode, biometric lock, encryption) are the primary safeguard for the information stored within the app.
BallOne does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Because the app collects no data from any user, it complies with the spirit of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by design rather than by policy exception.
You are always in full control of your information. Since everything is stored locally, you can delete all app data at any time simply by deleting the app from your device, without needing to contact us or request an account deletion, because no account or backup ever existed.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app's features. Any updates will be posted within the app or on this page, along with a revised Effective Date at the top of this document.
